Updating your DNS record

Updating the default DNS record is the customer’s responsibility as an incorrect entry can stop a website from loading or stop email from being delivered.

To update your DNS:
Login to to the Plesk Control Panel
Click on “Hosting and DNS” tab
Click DNS and make the desired changes.

When adding a CNAME you don’t add the entire FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name)

If you update your DNS record and you do no get your desired results, you will need to follow up with whoever is asking you to make the change.
