Start by dialing 705-775-9001 The automated system will ask for the phone number of the voicemail you are calling about. Please enter the number and press #. If you have a Nexicom telephone line in your home or another location, you may need to press * before entering the number. Next the system will ask you for your PIN number. Press # once you’ve entered your PIN number. Follow the recorded instructions as per usual to access the voicemail features.
To enable call forwarding from your phone, dial *72 and enter the phone number you would like to forward calls to then hang up. Please make a test call to the original number to ensure that call forwarding has been added. To disable call forwarding from your phone, dial *73 and hang up. Please make a test call to the original number to ensure that call forwarding has been removed.
